There are two different types of dual enrollment at Seminole State College: General Education Path and a Career Path (see below). Each type requires an application to be completed, a specific GPA, specific test scores and may require the student to provide their own transportation. Please see your school counselor for more information and the application. Once the Dual Enrollment application and all testing details have been satisfied students must then bring a completed book form and registration form to any Seminole State Admissions Office during the registration times for each semester.

Please be advised: Book forms (868 form) must be completed online. It is your responsibility to print out the book form and bring it to Dr. Daniel.
Dr. Trent Daniel, Principal of Lake Brantley, must sign the form for your Dual Enrollment process to be be considered official and complete.
