2024-2025 Course Registration Information
Use this guide to learn about the course offerings and other important school information.
Current and Incoming LBHS students (already an SCPS student) can use the forms below to request changes to core classes, indicate if they are going to be taking a virtual class online or indicate if they are planning on taking Dual Enrollment course(s) at Seminole State College during next school year. If you are a student that will be taking online courses with Virtual School, you can email these forms to your assigned school counselor. Please save a copy of the form before sending it to your counselor. School Counselor email contacts are located under the "Contact Us" tab to the right of this page.
Additional Forms for registration
- Optional Requests Form use this form to request a change in a core class, take dual enrollment, virtual school course or a partial schedule.
- Application for Leadership classes- SGA, PIT crew, Peer Counseling, Young Men/Woman of Excellence
- 2024-2025 Planning sheet- use this to help guide you along which classes you will need to take over the course of your high school career. Bring this form to your counselor during class registrations.

Class of 2028 (incoming freshman)
The incoming 9th grade students in our feeder schools will be getting a pink copy of the course selection form. Please make sure to complete the form and return it to your middle school counselor before the deadline. You can also bring it with you to our Patriot Preview event and turn it in to the counselors.
New Student Enrollment Information
