PTSA CONTACTS
Monica Sporleder, President Laura
It’s hard to believe, but the time has come for the fourth nine weeks of the 20232024 school year! In most of our academic classes, the final preparations for end of course exams, AP exams, and the state FAST testing are in full force. In our Career and Technical education classes, we are working toward our students earning industry certifications that they can take with them post-graduation to apply toward the career field of their choice. Our fine and performing arts classes are gearing themselves up for their spring performances as well, so make sure you check out our activity calendar to continue to support all of the programs that Lake Brantley has to offer!
The final nine weeks are such an exciting time for high school students, but especially for our seniors. We have an incredible amount of senior events planned for the class of 2024, from the Senior Breakfast put on by our amazing PTSA, to Grad Bash, our Honor Grad ceremony, Awards/Scholarship Night, and culminating in our graduation ceremony at UCF’s Addition Financial Arena on May 21st! We are getting down to crunch time, so help us help your students by encouraging them to sprint through the finish line and into a much-needed summer break!
I am so proud to be a part of such a great school and supportive community. As always, we are here to help you and your students with anything that they may need for the rest of the school year and beyond. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you, and go Patriots!

LBHS PTSA
Thanks to a generous donation from the Steiner family, PTSA helped sponsor the Pit Crew’s Field Day events on April 12th. We’d like to thank the Wekiva Presbyterian Church, Annunciation Catholic Academy, the Steiner family, and the Dehlinger Construction company for their pantry donations. These sponsors always come through for our Patriot Pantry!
Our volunteers always enjoy interacting with students on campus, and we were happy to hand out popsicles as a pre-spring break treat as well as serve pizza to our 4.0 honor roll scholars. Lake Brantley students are the best!
Consider buying a graduation sign for your senior or a spirit sign to celebrate their extracurricular activities (see below).

PIT Crew
On March 1st, Peer Inclusion Team (PIT crew) hosted a campus-wide Spread the Word Inclusion campaign in partnership with the Special Olympics. Both students and staff pledged inclusion and anti-bullying by signing a banner to be displayed on campus. All those who pledged also received a bracelet to wear as a reminder that inclusion is not an act for a single day, but for everyday.
