Programs

Our Programs

Welcome to the Lake Brantley Little Patriots preschool this year is very exciting at LBHS with three advanced EARLY CHILDHOOD classes that are expanding their learning experiences with young children. These high school students/teachers will earn six college credits at SSC and Gold Seal Scholarship during this program.

The beginning of school is set aside for teaching the students principles of childhood development and introducing them to a developmentally appropriate curriculum. The students prepare the environment, develop the daily schedules, plan lesson, and study their college course curriculum.

We believe that we can expand young minds, with this being said, play is an integral part of our lessons. As the students/teachers plans their lessons they find ways to use play as a tool, to see if the preschoolers are achieving task that are age appropriate. At the end of the preschool year our students/teachers will meet with the parents and have a conference about their child development throughout the year.
