All paperwork has been updated to include Paid Work hours as an option to meet the requirement needed for Bright Futures as of 1/10/23. Please note that there are different hour requirements for a student that is using paid work hours towards meeting the Bright Futures requirement. See the chart below.

Students needing to do community service hours must follow the LBHS procedures below:
- Obtain the Application & Service Hours Log (available below or in building 5 counseling office)
- Begin volunteering or recording paid work hours on the updated log form.
- Once the student is complete with ALL of their hours needed for Bright Futures they must turn in:
- Completed Application (one for each location)
- Completed Service Hours Log(s)
- AND a 1 page typed reflection essay (outlined in the application) to your counselor
